Park Paving - Phase I

As of September 26, 2022, construction has been completed. Work included under this contract consists of the placement of approximately 2,400 tons of 9.5mm Superpave HMA Wearing Course, 360 tons of 25mm Superpave HMA Base Course, and 385 tons of 2A Aggregate; ditching, culvert installation, crack sealing, tack coating, and line striping. Work will be at marina Road, Smokehouse Road, Main Boat Launch West, Amphitheater, and Swimming Pool Parking Lot. Paint all parking spots, walkways, and ADA standard markings. Bidders for this project shall as of the bid opening date, be listed as Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) prequalified, as a Prime Contractor, in Category F. Engineer's Estimate: $100,000 - $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Department of General Services ("DGS") has established both SDB and VBE participation goals for utilization of SDB and VBE subcontractors, manufacturers, and suppliers for this Project. The Goals for this Contract are set forth below: SDB VBE 0% 0% Custom Bid Results Base Bid 1 KINSLEY CONSTRUCTION - $480,100.00 Base Bid 2 KINSLEY CONSTRUCTION - $420,000.00
