The project is located south of Interstate 10, between State Highway 99 (Grand Parkway) and F.M. 3180. To access the site, proceed east on Interstate 10 from Houston, then turn right on Grand Parkway southbound, and then turn left Kilgore Parkway eastbound. The project site is adjacent to the current extent of Kilgore Parkway. For construction contracts $50,000 and over, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) cashier's check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. Physical bids will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date bids are open. The deadline to ask questions is 12/13/2022 12:00 AM CST
