Description

Replace 6 large rocks on southeast wing wall of Newton Valley Bridge abutment displaced by Halloween Storm 2019 - no work in water. Replace 3.7 CY of 6-inch minus armored road surface in existing low-water crossing (18ft long x 11ft wide x 6inch deep) - no work in water. Install 2 cubic yards of Type II rocks at downstream edge of the low-water crossing to prevent future erosion of the downstream lip of the crossing - no work in water.
