Tom Cloud Path Resurfacing

The City of Huber Heights, a municipal corporation, is seeking bid proposals for the Tom Cloud Path Resurfacing project that consists of repaving approximately 14,000 lineal feet of path at Tom Cloud Memorial Park located at 4707 Brandt Pike. Communication: If there is any question whatsoever regarding any portion of the instructions or specifications, it shall be the bidder's responsibility to seek clarification immediately from the City of Huber Heights No later than close of business on February 12, 2024 unless otherwise stated in the documents. All questions shall be submitted in writing or via e-mail to the attention of Hanane Eisentraut at heisentraut@hhoh.org If mailed, the address is as follows: City of Huber Heights ATTN: Hanane Eisentraut, RFP 24-004-ENG, 6131 Taylorsville Rd., Huber Heights, OH 45424.. A bond for the full amount of the bid, or A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) Performance bond upon award of the bid. The City of Huber Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids, should same be to the advantage of the City of Huber Heights.
