QUESTION SUBMISSION DEADLINE: July 7, 2023 INTRODUCTION Spanish Lake Fire Protection District invites and welcomes proposals for their Interior Painting project. Please take the time to carefully read and become familiar with the proposal requirements. All proposals submitted for consideration must be received by the time specified above under the "PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE." BIDDERS SHOULD NOTE THAT ANY AND ALL WORK INTENDED TO BE SUBCONTRACTED AS PART OF THE BID SUBMITTAL MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY BACKGROUND MATERIALS AND REFERENCES FOR PROPOSED SUBCONTRACTOR(S) - NO EXCEPTIONS. This project will minimize damage from moisture and help surfaces hold up longer from normal wear and tear Light patching of damaged drywall. Applying 1 coat of suggested paint to match existing colors in the following locations: Kitchen, Day Room, Exercise Room, 3 Bunk Hall Bathrooms, 6 Bunk Rooms, EMS Room, Control Room, Admin Work Room, Conference Room, Chief's Office, Vestibule, and 3 hollow metal doors and frames going to outside locations, interior side to be painted only. All corridors and Corridor Bathrooms shall be painted as well, color to be determined. SCOPE OF WORK EXCLUDES: Painting of door frames in rooms. Staining of wood doors. Painting of window frames. Repair(s) to finish damage. Painting of epoxy floors. Moving of furniture. Unplugging of computers/electronics from wall outlets. Removal of wall decor. Ceiling paint As of September 06, 2023, the project was awarded to Meyer Painting Company, but the awarded amount is not available.
