Mechanical System Commission Services

The mechanical system commissioning shall be provided by a professional engineer licensed to practice in the state of Florida. Services are to be provided on an as needed basis with grand total of requests not to exceed $50,000. Provide unit prices to include, but not be limited to, all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, contributions, insurance, and other services necessary for the performance of work for the project. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems commissioning and completion requirements of the existing and new facilities to ensure that systems are designed, installed, functionally tested, and capable of being operated and maintained in accordance with industry standards and Florida building code requirements.
