Description

SDB Goal of 7% and a VBE Goal of 3%. PennDOT is procuring services to reduce sediment pollution in the Saw Mill Run and Ohio Watershed in Pennsylvania. PennDOT has Pollutant Reduction Plan (PRP) obligations in the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). PennDOT requests bids for multiple sites to construct stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs), specifically stream restoration projects, that reduce sediment pollution discharging to the watershed.
