Description Construct a practice tennis wall as specified in the attached plan sheet and as listed below: 1. New footer, New wall 2. Dimensions: 9’ high x 18’ wide (see picture attached) 3. Concrete block construction 4. Capped to prevent water infiltration into blocks 5. Painted dark green all sides 6. Painted 2” white stripe on south side to mimic tennis net (see picture of old wall attached) • Top edge 3’ 6” at outside • Top edge 3.0’ in center • Vertical center strap 7. Demo existing chain link fencing and existing footer (see picture attached) 8. Replace footer, wall and fencing (black vinyl coated materials: 6 gauge vinyl coated, 2” mesh, tie wire spacing 12”, piping S-40 wall thickness. Top and bottom horizontal rails.
