Installation of Dowel Bar Retrofits in Portland Cement Concrete Pavement at Various Locations

The scope of work includes concrete pavement rehabilitation (dowel bar retrofit and diamond grinding) on the Island of Oahu with an indefinite quantity of work as needed and directed by the State. To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering A License prior to the award of contract. ALL requests for information (RFI) shall be received in writing via HIePRO no less than 14 calendar days before bid opening. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal RFI will not receive a response. Anything said at the conference is for clarification purposes and any changes to the bid documents will be made by addendum and posted in HIePRO. Any protest of this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Director of Transportation, in accordance with 103D-701, HRS and 3-126, HAR.
