Description

Professional Services will be received by the City of Asheville Capital Projects Department. The primary scope of work for this project is structural repairs, additional scope includes building envelope repairs. It is assumed that the project will be conducted in phases, starting with a survey and scoping phase that will establish the scope of the project, design effort, construction budget and overall project budget. If funding allows, the firm must be able to also consider the additional scope of an interior renovation project.
