Description

The City of South Gate (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants that can successfully provide Construction Management and Inspection Services for the construction of the Hollydale Community Park Improvement, The proposal package must include a fee proposal in a separate and sealed envelope titled Fee Proposal for Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Construction of the Hollydale Community Park Improvement, City Project No. 607-PRK. he Project is funded with $4.1 Million in grant funds from Prop 68, State of California, Natural Resources Agency. Construction Management and Inspection Services requested herein will be funded with these funds. The engineers estimate for construction is $3.2 Million. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
