Keyless Access System for Municipal Buildings

No definite date for the rebid.** A Village Request for Proposals for Keyless Access System for Municipal buildings It is expected that the contract will be awarded at the August Village Board of Trustees meeting on August 11, 2022. Any inquiries about the Bid should be directed to Assistant Village Administrator Ferrini at aferrini@indianheadpark-il.gov. No bid shall be withdrawn after opening of bids without the consent of the Village of Indian Head Park for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of opening bids. The Village of Indian Head Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The Proponent is required to produce a Keyless Access - Swipe Card Access System for all Municipal Buildings in the Village of Indian Head Park. This will include reviewing the current layout of each building and offer ideas and suggestions of the best way to implement a Keyless system that meets our needs today and into the future. The proposal will provide detailed plans to address current and future needs in addressing keyless access for our buildings, offices, and restricting access to select areas. The proponent shall ensure to include all materials and labor to complete the work as part of their final pricing for each building.
