| Description | The demolition of approximately 20 linear feet of the existing stone wall along the stream to the rear of the subject parcel to accommodate the proposed gravity wall extension, construction of approximately 20 linear feet of a gravity retaining wall as an extension of the wall previously installed along the stream to the rear of the subject parcel, installation of rip rap at the toe of the existing retaining wall along the stream, installation of rip rap bank protection in the areas noted on the plans including supplementing the rip rap which was previously installed at the southern corner of the subject parcel, and complete all required pavement, vegetative removals/restoration, fence removal/replacement, and incidentals. |
