| Description | Richland County Transit Parking Lot Pavement Repair Project Each bid must be accompanied by either an Ohio Revised Code Section 153.571 Bid and Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the bid; or, a cashier's check, bid bond, letter of credit to be duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon, a surety company approved by the Owner in the amount of 10% of the bid. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the County reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility The Owner intends and requires that this project be completed by November 10, 2023. |
