Park Pavilion Project

Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. Contractors may be requested to submit "Contractor's Qualification Statement". This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with Minnesota Prevailing Wages. Owner reserves right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids or bidding.

Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Division 26 -	Electrical.
