Fire Building Training Simulator Repairs

Based upon the September 30th, 2021, report on the Structural Evaluation at the Montgomery County Fire Academy Live Fire Training Structure (Burn Building) located at 1175 Conshohocken Road, Conshohocken, PA. Montgomery County on behalf of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Task Force (SEPA RTF) is seeking qualified vendor to provide the following: Various building concrete repairs required as outlined in depth in the attached SOW (scope of work) word document . Vendor is responding to an RFP to do business with one or all member counties of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Task Force which is comprised of the County of Berks, County of Bucks, County of Chester, County of Delaware, County of Montgomery, and the City of Philadelphia. As such, vendors should familiarize themselves and their companies with the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Structure specific to first, second, and third class counties and the relationships that exist between aforementioned counties and the local municipalities and services within them.
