Description

The 150,000 gallon (nominal) single pedestal welded steel elevated water tank was constructed in 1995. The tank is 35 feet in diameter and 122.5 feet tall. The paint is original and because of the year constructed, lead paint was not used. The tank is located on a small 10,323 sq. ft. out lot situated within property owned by the Frederick County Board of Education. Contractor will be solely responsible for demolition and removal of the water tank and piping down to (but not including) the concrete foundation base.
