Proposals from qualified tree removal contractors for Russian olive removal on five Open Space properties, totaling ~90 trees to be removed. The Russian olive trees must be safely cut at base, chipped on-site, and removed. City staff will treat the cut stumps with an herbicide immediately following tree cutting.
