Each contractor that submits a proposal bid in the amount of $150,000 or more for highway improvements described in this notice is required to submit with that bid a written plan for a program to test the contractors employees for drugs. The plan must be submitted to the Construction Letting email inbox or deposited with the INDOT Prequalification Engineer by the time set for receipt of proposal bids.
