Description

Work and are included in this Project Manual. Facilities to be constructed include a Shop Building, Equipment Shed, and associated infrastructure, which are hereafter referred to collectively as the “Huey Shop Complex.” The Shop Building will be approximately 3,920 square feet in size with a connected wash bay of approximately 640 square feet. The interior of the Shop Building will house a work bay, offices, staff facilities, and storage. The Equipment Shed will be a three-sided building covering approximately 5,400 square feet with a gravel base. The Owner will provide the pre-engineered metal buildings for both the Shop Building and Equipment Shed along with limited interior fixtures as described in the design documents.
