| Description | The Work will consist of the demolition and conversion/reconstruction of a 50' x 120' tennis court into 4 pickleball courts. There is severe cracking in the tennis court and due to the current demand of pickleball courts in the area, it has been decided to convert the area to such. We need to demolish the current court, relevel the stone base and resurface with asphalt, and apply 3 coats of acrylic surfacing (3 different colors). The court will also require a new fence. |
