Description

Conway Park Remediation and Renovation Project is a three-phase project in partnership with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Phase 1 is focused on site preparation, demolition, and installation of temporary facilities and other site improvements in preparation for the phase 2 remediation scope performed by the EPA contractor. Phase 3 includes additional remediation scope by the City’s contractor as well as the renovation scope including, but not limited to: the installation of a synthetic turf multi-use field, a sports lighting system, a splashpad, resurfacing of basketball courts, and various other scope items described in the contract documents.
