Office Alterations to the Edgewater Park Municipal Building

The Project generally includes: the installation of a new ballistic-rated transaction window system and counter in place of an existing interior office door. Also included, is the removal and replacement of two (2) new office doors and hardware. Work also includes the electrical disconnection and reinstallation of an emergency wall-pack, switches, fob access, and two (2) receptacles. In addition, this project includes gypsum wall modifications and related work in the office restroom, miscellaneous flooring modifications and rubber base installation, painting where necessary, and any and all other work depicted within the plans enclosed.
