Description

Owner Representation Services proposals to manage the process of evaluating options and overseeing the implementation of a solution that will address the long-term facility needs of th Brookings Police Department (“BPD”). The City’s initial goal is to compare renovating their existing facility located at 307 3rd Ave in Brookings with designing and constructing a new facility at a yet to be determined location in Brookings. If a conceptual solution is determined to be feasible, the City will proceed with the design and construction process, subject to City Council approval.
