Enterprise High School Roof

The project consists of removal and replacement of the existing BUR system coping and roofing accessories including removal and infill with metal deck and BUR system of abandoned curbs and raising of existing mechanical curbs and mechanical/electrical/equipment and equipment (included disconnection of existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing items, extension of system and reconnection and start up). Two Alternates are being solicited: The first is to replace the existing vinyl soffit system on the covered walkway with new metal soffit panels, all required accessories and trim. The second Alternate is to remove a portion of the existing covered walkway complete with new wood nailers, trim and new pre-finished metal gutter and all required site restoration.
