| Description | The vendor shall furnish, deliver and Install a Backup Generator System at the Peter Wentz Farmstead Historic Site. Generator must meet and include the following: 1. Generator to be powered by natural gas from an existing line on site 2. Kilowatt size to be determined by vendor’s examination of the site’s needs 3. Load to include powering: historic house geothermal HVAC, lighting, sump pump & security system site office HVAC & lighting site water well 4. includes automatic transfer switch 5. includes gas piping, conduit and wiring for location approximately 30 feet from building 6. includes concrete pad for generator 7. includes all interior wiring, panels, switches & breakers as needed 8. includes a minimum of 5-year warranty on parts & labor 9. includes any permits and associated fees |
