RFQ Design - Professional Design and Engineering Services - Construct a New Pre-engineered Metal Building

To design and construct a new pre-engineered metal building to serve as an apparatus bay facility for the Fire Department. Accordingly, the city is seeking to contract with a qualified Design and Engineering Firm to design, develop and produce complete construction documents for a new ground up pre-engineered metal building of approximately 2000 square feet; develop an overall site plan including all vehicular and pedestrian traffic, and the required re-platting of the entire site; assist the City in seeking and selecting qualified general contractors for the bidding and construction phase of the project. RFQ packets may be secured beginning Thursday, October 13, 2022, at the City Secretarys office at City of Angleton City Hall, 120 S. Velasco Street, Angleton, TX 77515 or on the Citys website at electronically. The City of Angleton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses resulting from this RFQ, as the best interest of the City may require, and to waive any informality in submittals received. The City of Angleton reserves the right to award the Contract as may be advantageous to the City. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
