Perform work at the P80 TRACON and Administrative Support Building. The project is located inside the Portland TRACON in the lobby areas and equipment rooms. The work consists of drywall repair and paint, window blind replacement, ESD carpet replacement, and modifying the central vacuum system. Additionally, the perimeter of the electronics equipment room is not fully fire-rated and requires replacement of a non-rated door, firestopping of utility and structural penetrations, and modification of two cable tray penetrations. A bid option has been included to upgrade and realign existing security fencing
