Project Description: Project consists of two main components, the first is to renovate an existing community room within the existing building, converting it into offices, the other is an addition to add offices and a large multipurpose space to support the community. The interior renovation portion of the project entails approximately 1,800 square feet, while the addition, of approximately 4,900-square-foot, is a wood-framed, fullysup pressed structure of Type V-B construction with masonry veneer, and the insulative envelope following the roof deck.
