| Description | Project consists of a reroofing project over parts of the U CB distribution center and the entire Rudi's Bakery. Due to the existing twin T roof construction, it is likely that debris from reroofing activities could impact the bakery if no protection is installed. U CB is looking for a CMGC on this project to help create and implement a solution for sealing the existing roof deck during construction activities. CMGC will also need to work within and around the bakery. Rudi's will remain open and operational during the roofing project. Effective and timely communication will be of the utmost importance on this project. |
