Building and Facility Construction and Maintenance Services The project consists of providing and installing new Split System Units & associated components with equal, or better capacity and performance characteristics of residential split systems to include piping, valves and insulation. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to verify the exact location of the units and the modifications necessary to fit properly in the available space for a fully functional system without any additional costs to the Owner. Also the contractor is to provide and implement third-party electrical inspections and testing services to verify that all electrical work is code compliant. Submit a final electrical inspection report at completion. Small Business Reserve Designation Yes All Minority Business Enterprise are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. This is for Small Business Reserve vendors only. This Addendum is issued to clarify, add to, delete from, correct and/or change the Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents to the extent indicated and is hereby made a part of the said (ITB) documents of which the contract will be based.
