SCOPE OF WORK AND ADDRESSES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF UNITS The purpose of this project is to replace roofs at the following public housing units located at: 1011-1013 Ritsher 1017-1019 Ritsher 1021-1023 Ritsher 1025-1027 Ritsher 1943 Merrill 1949 Merrill 1955 Merrill 1959 Merrill 1012 Mary 1016 Mary 1709-1711 Sixth 1715-1717 Sixth 318-320 Carpente Contractor is to supply all materials and tools to do the following: Remove old existing roofing material from structure including attached garages. Replace any defective sheathing found. Install new #15 roofing felt and style "D" drip edge or gutter apron. Install new roof stack flashing and cap where required and roof ridge vent to current code requirements. Install ice and water shield per manufacture spec.
