| Description | To replace the existing shingle roof at the site commonly known as the Saline History & Depot Museum at 402 North Ann Arbor Street, Saline, MI 48176. This would be a complete tear off and reroof, legal disposal of all resulting debris, installation of insulation, flashing, identification and repair of any decking or fascia boards as needed. Examples of roof areas in need of replacement are also included in the attached images. The City of Saline would like itemized proposals for a standard shingle roof as well as a metal roof replacement. |
