I-69 Reconstruction - Southwest and University Regions (DB)

Reconstruction of approximately 23 miles of I-69 from 3800’ south of I-94 in Calhoun County proceeding north to Island Highway near Charlotte, Eaton County. Work also includes ramp improvements at the M-50, I-69BL (Cochran Road), Ainger Road, M-78 (Butterfield Highway), N Drive North, and I-94 Interchanges, along with Turkeyville Rest Area ramps. Replacement of cross culverts, side slope improvements and potential for County Drain culvert replacements. This project includes the rehabilitation of 26 bridges and the potential replacement of the 15 Mile Road Bridge over I-94. Concrete pavement repairs of the Turkeyville Rest area parking lot, resurfacing of the Turkeyville Carpool parking lot, and resurfacing of the Potterville Rest Area truck parking lot.
