Enlisted Barracks 5 UTILITIES EXTENSION This project expands the capabilities of current infrastructure. Construction will tie in new water and sewer utilities for to be newly constructed Enlisted Barracks 5. Project also contains Alternate Bid Item #1: Cedar St. Waterline replacement. This will replace existing 6 asbestos concrete waterline currently supplying buildings 5026, 5027, and 5028. The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes only: $580K to $620K *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
