Preliminary site investigations of SD GFP projects. These site investigations include but are not limited to: Preliminary Walk-Through Easement Investigations Geotechnical Testing Preliminary site planning Aerial imagery – Including drone imagery Survey Design quality site survey. Datum dependent on specific site conditions and project scopes. May include but not limited to: Bathymetric Survey Drone Survey Utility/Right-of-Way Survey Lidar Survey Legal boundary survey Project Design Services Provide project design plans and technical specifications for varying access improvement projects. Examples of access improvement projects are gravel road construction, boat ramp construction, canoe/kayak launch sites, shoreline stabilization, parking lot construction, bulkhead construction, jetty construction, fishing dock construction, Etc. These projects may include but are not limited tthe following scopes of work: Grading Soil Stabilization Imported Embankment Base Course Gravel Surfacing Asphalt Concrete Composite Clearing/Grubbing/Tree Removal Unclassified Excavation Rip-Rap Installation Culvert Installation/Replacement Precast Concrete Boat Ramp Plank Installation Reinforced Cast-In-Place Concrete
