| Description | Consultant shall provide all necessary labor and related services for construction projects to accomplish the work described in the service directive(s) which the Port may require. Services shall be performed on an on-call basis throughout the term of this agreement subject to the limitations provided in this agreement. The specific scope of work to be accomplished for each service and for each individual project shall be identified in a service directive under the base service agreement and, when executed, shall serve as the consultant's authorization by the Manager of Construction Safety Services.
