Description

DCAMM Certificate Required. The Project consists of: without limiting the generality thereof, furnishing all labor and material to partially renovate (approximately 11,900 SF) of the 1st floor of McKay C Building at Fitchburg State University in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. The Work consists of limited demolition, asbestos abatement, patching, new gypsum walls and ceiling, new doors and hardware, new finishes (vinyl floor tile, acoustical tile, carpet, ceramic tile and painting), installation of a new a fire protection systems, building HVAC system and electrical services, tele/data, lighting & fire alarm systems. Only the project areas will be vacated during construction.
