Description

Renovations of the Kaufman Golf Course Clubhouse including removal and replacement of the existing roof and to improve the main entry to the clubhouse. The entry improvements consist of adding a gable end with a 6’ overhang to the south side of the building including decorative timber posts on top of stone piers. The existing stone & built up roofing to be removed to wood decking and replaced with new metal roof per drawings and details (Exhibit A).
