| Description | Request for Proposal for Snow Removal Services. The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the services outlined herein for the Anchorage Condominium Association, Inc. ("Owner") located at 350 Grovers Bridgeport Connecticut. An aerial view of the community is provided herein. The initial contract shall be for a one-season term beginning on November 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024, beginning with the first snowfall or ice storm and concluding with the final snow or ice storm of the season regardless of the contracted seasonal months. Should the parties be mutually agreeable following the first contracted season, it is desired to have longer-term contracts going forward based on performance and pricing adjustments, if appropriate. The contractor agrees to perform work as required in the contract within the timeframes indicated. |
