Repair Walk-in Refrigerators and Freezers B834 - Little Rock AFB

The contractor shall provide all qualified and licensed personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services required to repair walk in boxes A, B, C, D at Bldg. 834 Cannon Drive, Little Rock AFB, AR. 72099. Work shall be accomplished within 60 days of contract award. All parts provided for this contract shall be manufacturer recommended material. Contractor shall provide manufacture recommended evaporators for each box. Box A & B (Freezer & Meat Thaw) shall have electric defrost. Box C & D are refrigerators for produce and other cooking products. Contractor is responsible replacing Box A, B, C, and D line-sets from the compressor to the evaporator. Contractor is responsible for fabricating a pit where the underground line-set sleeves enter the building. Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS 1. In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be complete on the Combined/Synopsis Solicitation, responding directly to the requirements of this solicitation and sent to all the identified POC's email. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price and extended price (under "Pricing Schedule" on Page 4 of the Combined/Synopsis Solicitation), b) Fill in required provisions and clauses. FAR 52.204-24 must be completed. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. 2. A responsive quote will include the following documents and information: Detailed breakdown of proposed prices. Detailed project outline & timeline for delivery and installation. Strict adherence to the completion date listed on the solicitation is required. Information regarding similar contracts held at other Federal installations (if applicable). A statement of capability. Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) license and qualifications. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the primary and secondary POC's listed on SAM solicitation no later than 10:00 AM (CDT) Friday, 15 September 2023. 3. A site visit will be held at Little Rock AFB, AR at 09:00 AM (CDT) Wednesday, 13 September 2023. All contractors will meet at the Little Rock AFB Visitor Center before visiting the place of performance. Please RSVP for the site visit NLT 10:00 AM (CDT) Tuesday, 12 September 2023. If no RSVPs are received by the time specified, then the site visit will be cancelled. 4. All questions are due via email to all POC's listed on the solicitation NLT 09:00 AM (CDT) - 14 September 2023. Answers will subsequently be posted on SAM.gov.
