Cedar Rapids Flood Risk Management Project

Work includes, but is not limited to: access roadway improvements; site demolition; temporary traffic control; clearing, grubbing, and stripping; dewatering; temporary diversion of water; earthwork, excavation and fill; structural concrete construction; 96-inch trenchless steel pipe installation; riprap and bedding stone placement; site restoration; and landscaping. McLoud Run Lower Reach Channel (BASE): The work includes, but is not limited to: demolition; temporary traffic control; clearing, grubbing and stripping; temporary diversion of water; channel excavation, filling, and grading; riprap and bedding stone placement; trail construction; site restoration; and landscaping. McLoud Run Lower Reach Culverts (OPTION A): The work includes, but is not limited to: access roadway improvements; site demolition; temporary traffic control; clearing, grubbing, and stripping; dewatering; temporary diversion of water; earthwork, excavation and fill; structural concrete construction; 96-inch trenchless steel pipe installation; riprap and bedding stone placement; site restoration; and landscaping. McLoud Run Lower Reach Levee (OPTION B): The work includes, but is not limited to: site demolition; trench excavation; sheet pile installation; construction of levee embankment; toe drain installation; riprap and bedding stone placement; site restoration; and landscaping.
