Oakland Housing Authority (OHA) Flooring Services

The Oakland Housing Authority ("the Authority") invites proposals from qualified and experienced flooring contractors. The purpose of this solicitation is to engage the services of a flooring contractor that can provide services to multiple Oakland Housing Authority Properties. Prospective contractors should have some history of successful service to other clients, preferably with experience in providing this same type of service to other government entities. It is the intent of Oakland Housing Authority that the Contractor, under thedirection of Oakland Housing Authority (collectively "Manager"), provide the labor, supervision, and management that is required to perform the Work (as described and specified in the applicable service specifications herein) and to ensure overall cleanliness to the locations listed herein, ("Buildings"). The Work shall be performed to the greater of the standards applicable to "Class "A" office Buildings or the standards specified in this RFP.
