Smart Bonds Card Access Intrusion and Intercom System

The Buffalo Public Schools is seeking pricing for a NYS Smart Bonds "SECURITY CARD ACCESS, INTRUSION and INTERCOM Systems PHASE 2B. The District has selected S2 Card access system with Mercury control boards. The District has selected DMP intrusion system. The District has chosen Commend VoIP intercom system. The project will be broken into one base cost with seven alternative pricings. The first base cost will include Parts and labor for replacing old card access system with new S2 system and Mercury control boards. There are 68 locations for card access system. The base will also include DMP intrusion parts for all 62 locations. The base will also include the labor to install DMP intrusion system in 31 locations.Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions Apr 20th 2022, 4:00 PM EDT Contract term: Maximum Term End: 06/30/2023 There will be a total of seven alternative costing which will be needed. The firstsix are labor to install DMP intrusion system at 5 or 6 locations each. The seventh alternative is parts and labor to install Commend VoIP system at 64 locations.
