Project Consists of reconstructing Wendell Avenue form Linden Street widening the roadway to two 12' wide lanes with 3.5" of HMA and 8" of aggregates base, curb and gutter on both sides, replacing existing water main and additional storm sewer along roadway, sidewalk ramps upgraded to meet current ADA Standards, permanent signage, pavement markings, and restoration and various appurtenances
