2022-2 Paving Project

Project awarded to Milestone Contractors, LP for $694,557.95 Town of Edinburgh will receive sealed bids for the following services: milling; asphalt materials and installation; and concrete sidewalk and curb ramps. The project has a completion date of August 31, 2023. The bids will then be taken under advisement pending review of each bid submittal. Interested bidders may obtain copies of specifications by contacting Mary Patterson, Town of Edinburgh, 107 S. Holland Street, Edinburgh, In 46124, (812) 526-3510. Questions regarding bid specifications should be directed to Wade Watson, Interim Town Manager (812) 526- 3513. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder. Bids shall be submitted on General form 96 as approved by the Indiana State Board of Accounts along with a bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, or a certified check payable to the Town of Edinburgh in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid shall be submitted with the bid. The Edinburgh Town Council reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or any part thereof.
