Historic Courthouse Restoration

1. Preparation, removal and disposal of loose paint and plaster on the historic center of the structure according to the USEPA RRP protocol for lead safe practices. 2. Prime and seal all areas of the same section 3. Repair or replace any brick on the front support columns and repair any mortar joints that need repaired while following historic landmark regulations 4. Repair any and all hard plaster under front overhangs and side overhangs that is damaged or cracked while following historic landmark regulations 5. Remove all shutters on front of center section, prep, paint and rehang following USEPA RRP protocol for lead safe practices and keeping with current color scheme of white and green 6. Prime/seal and paint exterior of historic center of courthouse keeping with current color scheme of white and green 7. Prepare and paint sheet metal roof over Commonwealth Attorney’s office to match as closely as possible to the rest of the roof system. 8. Replace top sections of trim boards that are in bad condition, prep and paint to match. 9. Pressure wash, scrape, prep and paint remaining additions of courthouse. These do not need USEPA RRP protocol for lead safe practices as lead was not discovered in these additions.
