| Description | The City of Ames is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the Specialized Wet Dry Vacuum, Hydro Blast and Related Cleaning Contract for the Ames Electric Services Power Plant, located at 200 E. 5th Street, Ames, Iowa. First term of contract shall be from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. The contract is renewable for up to four additional one-year terms. All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
