| Description | Base Bid: Install two roof drains on roof of boiler building at Enterprise Craggy Laundry. Provide roof drain leader to storm drain system. Clean and paint existing soffit and fascia. Replace approximately 10% soffit and fascia. Alternate: (In lieu of roof drains, leader, and paint fascia/soffit), remove and replace roofing, insulation, and ballast, overhang fascia, metal flashing, and soffit; provide new sloped insulation and roofing system with new gutters on all sides of building, with downspouts. Omit underground connection to storm drain system. |
