Description

Design Development and Construction Documents for the Barmouth Trail Head. Design Development (DD) document should address the overall strategy for the site while also identifying opportunities for the re-use of available material. Based on the Board of Commissioners (BOC) received DD, the Construction Documents (DC) will be developed in a Phasing Strategy to prioritize development of discreet projects as identified in a logical sequence of installations. Design Development for the Trailhead must include all elements, including but not limited to, layout of the trail, paths, parking lots, stormwater collection, restrooms with potable water, shade structures, plantings and FOCHT storage and meeting space needs.
